Domenico was part of the team that was instrumental in converting then-emerging Italian brand Collistar, into a top national brand in a short span of 5 years. Their work raised the brand’s revenue by 600%, making Collistar, at the time, one of Italy’s success stories in Europe.

As part of the team of leading multi-national cosmetics and skincare conglomerate, the L’Oréal Group, Domenico was appointed to relaunch the luxury brand, Lancôme. Specially recruited by Lancôme for his strong connection with Italian dealers, Domenico worked with the team to develop and roll-out the rebranding effort. Ultimately, the team succeeded in cementing a foundation of awareness and trust in the brand amongst an influential network of dealers in the beauty business sphere.
